What does the hoods warranty cover?
Motor & Rotor are covered under LTW. PCB carries 1 year warranty. However, the warranty does not cover consumables like bulbs, switches/knobs, filters, outer body metal/glass/plastic parts, filter locks, etc. of the chimneys.
Is cleaning covered under the hoods warranty?
It is mandatory to get the product serviced/cleaned at least twice a year through our Authorised Service Centre by calling on the Toll Free no. 1800 209 3484. You may also enrol for a Faber Cleaning Contract (FCC) for trouble free servicing by company authorised service centres. Any routine maintenance/cleaning/servicing visit will not be covered under this warranty and will be provided on a chargeable basis as per prevailing rates/charges. Please refer to the product user manual for detailed terms and conditions of the warranty.
