What are the working hours of customer care?
Customer Care is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days.
How do I place an order?
- Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.
- You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
- Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.
- You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.
How can I check the status of my order?
Post dispatch a unique tracking link will be shared to your registered email address. You can track the order by using the tracking link.
I forgot to order something. Can change an existing order?
You will not be able to add or edit the order after an order is already placed. You can place a second order if you wish to order an additional product
How do I find a product online that I saw in a store?
You may use our Search Function to look for an product by category, keyword, model code or model name.
How often are new products added to the online stores?
We add products to our online stores frequently, and offer new sales and promotions, as well, so check back often for new products and great offers.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via all Major Debit and Credit Cards. EMI, Net Banking, Wallet Payment are other available payment modes. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your information will be kept safe and secure.
How will I get invoice for the order placed by me?
You will receive the invoice on mail post order confirmation, Invoice is also available with the package at the time of delivery.
Do you deliver to all pin codes in India?
Our delivery partners deliver e-commerce shipments to most of the Pin codes in India. You can check estimated delivery date by entering your location Pin code on each product page.
Can I request a specific date or time slot for my delivery?
We are unable to take such requests at the moment.
What should I do if the product was found damaged upon box opening?
It is advisable not to self-open the appliances which need installation (chimneys, dishwashers, water purifiers, geysers etc) The box will be opened by Faber service expert for installation, if the product is damaged, then expert will mention the same on Job sheet, basis of which you can raise a replacement/return query.
In case of products which do not need installation, kindly share the images and videos of damaged product, invoice and packaging box with us. We will assist you with the best possible solution.
How long will it take for me to receive the refund?
Post the product reaches back to our warehouse, You will receive the refund within 7–10 business days into original instrument of payment used while ordering
