Mr. Puneet Gupta, our Managing Director, has over 25 years of experience in industries like Paints, Consumer Durables and Kitchen Appliances. He has worked with Kansai Nerolac Paints for 11.5 years and Whirlpool for 11 years in various functions and roles like sales, marketing, marcom, logistics, IT and business. His expertise runs across sales excellence, category management, marketing, strategic planning, market research, key account management, brand management, cross-functional team leadership, managing large teams, operations management, amongst many others. Mr. Sunil Mehta, our Director of Service and Quality, brings with him over 20 years of experience across industries like Telecom and Broadcasting, among others. He brings in his expertise in team management, project planning, CRM, business strategy, telecommunications and operations management.
As one of his clients rightly put it, Mr. Mehta comes with a great clarity of thought and is able to execute his ideas in a meticulous manner.
Previously employed at Videocon d2h, Videocon DTH and Tata Sky, Mr. Sunil Mehta is a BE in Electronics from the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University.
Mr. Girish Banwait joined Franke Faber in his current capacity in April 2016. Having worked in companies such as Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd, Whirpool of India Ltd and Hutch previously, he comes with years of rich experience and demonstrated knowledge in the area of sales, including in organised retail, B2B sales and e-commerce.
Mr Banwait holds a PGDBM in Marketing from the Fore School of Management, New Delhi, prior to which he did his BE in Chemical Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology. Throughout his illustrious career, he has exhibited diligence and dynamism, and brings the same energy and motivation with him to Franke Faber India.
Mr. Hardesh Chojher is Director, Brand Marketing and Product Development, with Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. He has a total experience of more than 16 years in the industry, in various FMCG as well as Consumer Durables brands.
Mr Anuj Sharma is our operations head at Pune, Sanaswadi factory. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and a PGD in Advance Embedded System Design from Pune University. He is a technocrat by nature and a master of LEAN methodologies. With a total diversified experience of 11 years, he has worked in the automotive sector with OEMs like Minda Group and Varroc Group of companies. Being there, he has worked for big automotive giants like TATA Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Nissan, Volvo and Bajaj Auto.
He has been associated with Franke Faber since 2011 and has handled multiple responsibilities at the same time. Before heading Plant Operations, starting March 2017, he headed our Design and Development function for more than 5 years. He has also worked as LEAN coordinator and has implemented the Franke Production System at the Pune Factory. While working with us, he also worked for other Faber Group companies and has a global experience of handling virtual teams at multiple locations.
Localisation, Invention, Product Design, Quality Improvement, Process Improvement, VA/VE and team building are his core strengths. He is a firm believer of "It Can Be Done...Differently"; "Act Entrepreneurial" and "Deliver Solutions" are two Franke values which he firmly believes in.

Mr. Sanjay Pawar, Deputy General Manager of Finance, has been working with Franke Faber since April 2010, and previously held the position at Grupo Antolin Pune Pvt. Ltd. He comes with a rich, well-rounded experience in Finance, including in the areas of Accounts, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, SAP, Forecasting, Statutory Compliance, Taxation, Auditing, Costing, and more. A keen planner, strategist and implementer, he has demonstrated abilities in managing entire financial operations and accelerating business growth.
