How to get LTW registered?
To avail the LTW, it is mandatory to install the kitchen hood by calling on our toll free
no. 1800 209 3484 and by representatives from our authorised service centre only. The
registration form should be duly filled and sent to FFIPL along with the copy of invoice
within 30 days from the date of purchase. Warranty will be valid only on showing the
Lifetime Warranty Letter and Bill/Invoice. In case warranty is not registered within 30
days from the date of purchase, Lifetime Warranty will be null & void. To register for
Lifetime Warranty after 30 days, submitting a proof of invoice along with a payment of
Rs. 1,000/- is mandatory. The registration of Lifetime Warranty will be at sole discretion
What all is covered under the warranty?
Motor, Rotor & Touch Buttons/Switch PCB are covered under this warranty. However,
the warranty does not cover consumables like bulbs, switches/knobs, filters, outer body
metal/glass/plastic parts, filter locks, etc. of the chimneys.
Are repairs and cleaning covered under the warranty?
It is mandatory to get the product serviced/cleaned at least twice a year through an
Authorized Service Centre by calling on the Toll Free no. 1800 209 3484. You may also
enroll for a Faber Cleaning Contract (FCC) for trouble free servicing by company
authorized service centres. Any routine maintenance/cleaning/servicing visit will not be
covered under this warranty and will be provided on chargeable basis as per prevailing
